The Touchscreen systems can be installed on standard PCs with a touch sensitive LCD Display unit or in AIO (All In One) PCs or even in Tablets with Windows Operating systems. This is then configured with cash drawer, customer pole display and receipt printer to become the cashier's system. The system can also be connected to printers using local area network (LAN) cabling to the food preparation area (kitchen printers) or to the drinks preparation area (bar printers) so that whenever an order is keyed in via the cashier's or order entry terminals, the orders are immediately printed to the respective kitchen or bar printers.

There are three main versions of the AcePos Touchscreen Systems:-

1. Basic Version - single terminal system that gives to users the basic functions of issuing bills, managing balance of stock quantity and sales analysis reports.
2. Standard Version - mutiple terminals system which besides the above basic functions has sales analysis by waiters, VIP Customers (regular customers) sales analysis and food items costing by percentages.
3. Professional version - has the additional function of food ingredients costing by actual quantity used in the cooking or food preparation process.

Remarks on how the customers wants the cooking to be done or condiments to be added can also be input during the order taking process and these are printed to the kitchen / bar printers.

Set food packages such as breakfast, lunch or dinner sets sold for a fixed price which allow the users to select some or all of the items within the set meals are also allowed.

It is easy to use with buttons combined to photos even to represent the sales items so users can be taught very quickly on how to use this system.
